Chat & Roleplay
Proximity-aware chat: distance-based hearing, whispers, low/quiet talk, shouting, OOC, roleplay actions, Weazel News adverts, and admin broadcasts.
- Plain chat is only heard by nearby players - distance depends on the chat type used.

M | Push to talk (radio - requires an equipped radio item) |
B | Cycle voice mode: whisper → normal → shout |
Phone

- Press J to open/close your phone. Each character gets their own phone number automatically.
- The phone can be charged from a vehicle, and its battery can be removed/taken (e.g. to stop someone being reachable).
- Dialing 911 or 311 reports an emergency to SnailyCAD instead of ringing a normal call - see CAD / Dispatch below.

CAD / Dispatch (SnailyCAD)
Self-hosted SnailyCAD dispatch/records system, bridged in via the sna-sync and sna-call911 FiveM resources. Replaces the earlier in-house syrqxcore_cad, which has been fully removed (game resource, web panel DMV/license pages, and database tables).
- Civilian and vehicle records sync into the CAD automatically as characters are created and vehicles are bought from a dealer - nothing to do in-game for that part.
- LEO/EMS: authenticate once with /sn-auth using the personal API token from your SnailyCAD account, then use the status/attach/panic commands below while on an active CAD unit.
- Anyone can dial 911 or 311 from the phone dialer to report an emergency (see Phone above) - the same underlying report /sn-call911 sends from chat.

Police (LEO)
LEO job tools: cuffing, search & seize, CAD-sourced charges and jail, fines, impound, and ALPR plate lookups.
- Every command below requires being clocked into a police department job, on duty, with the department/rank permission for that action - see CAD / Dispatch above for clocking in and unit status.
- Booking (/book) and ticketing (/fine) both open the same CAD charge sheet to pick charges; booking also jails the suspect, a ticket only bills the fine.
- A suspect must be cuffed before you can search, book, or move them in/out of a vehicle.

Robberies
Robbery suite: shop register takes, packed-cash dealers, money laundering, ATM robbery, and Fleeca bank vaults.
- Shop registers, ATMs, and bank vaults are all robbed the same way: target it directly (/takecash for a shop register) to get Packed Cash - each refills on its own after a cooldown once robbed.

No-application jobs anyone can work: duty-gated Garbage Collection, and standalone item-driven Oil Mining.
- Garbage Collection: clock in at a job clockpoint like any other syrqxcore_factions job, then collect bags at pickup points and sell them at a truck.
- Oil Mining: not duty-gated - anyone carrying a mining drill can use it inside a marked field zone at any time, then sell barrels at a sell point.

- Player-vs-player damage is always on, ambient NPC peds/vehicles are removed server-wide, and the default vehicle radio is disabled.
- Vanilla wanted levels, NPC police, and aggressive random peds are disabled - crime response goes through CAD / Dispatch and on-duty LEOs instead.
- Weapon damage, headshot multipliers, and AP Pistol magazine size are rebalanced for a slower, higher-time-to-kill fight.
- A compass/street/district HUD and a speedometer HUD (fuel, cruise control, speed, gear, odometer) are always shown; toggle either off from the F1 main menu settings.
Automatic/passive - no player command or keybind.

- Spawn one with /car <spawn code> (or /spawncar) - txAdmin's own in-game vehicle spawner menu can't find these add-on models, so use the command instead.
- To make one persistently available to a job/faction instead of a one-off admin spawn, an admin or faction owner can add it to that faction's vehicle garage from the F3 faction panel.
- Spawn codes: buffalop (Bravado Buffalo), grangerp (Declasse Granger), aleutianp (Declasse Aleutian), rhinehartp (Rhinehart), buffalop2 (Bravado Buffalo S), sentinelp (Ubermacht Sentinel), sentinelp2 (Ubermacht Sentinel, alt livery), tenfp (Vapid Tenf), bansheep (Bravado Banshee interceptor), cavalcadep (Albany Cavalcade), sugoip (Dinka Sugoi), kurumap (Karin Kuruma, unmarked), gresleyp (Bollokan Gresley), carap (Vulcar Cara), vigerop (Dundreary Vigero), vivanitep (Vapid Vivanite, unmarked), deityp (Enus Deity, unmarked), vivanitep2 (Vapid Vivanite, alt livery, unmarked), terminusp (Karin Terminus).

- Customers browse and order modifications on foot inside a mod shop with /viewmodshop; a mechanic installs the finished order with /applymods.
- Repairs are invoiced first: a mechanic sends the bill with /invoice, the customer accepts (/mechaccept) or denies (/mechdeny) it, then the mechanic spends the paid credit with /startrepair.
- Customers request roadside assistance from the Roadside app on their phone, not a command - every on-duty mechanic sees the call and can claim it with /acceptcall.

Taxi
Phone-dispatched taxi rides with a driver-set, server-authoritative taximeter that bills the passenger automatically.
- Customers request a free ride from the Taxi app on their phone; every on-duty driver sees a [DISPATCH] chat line with the pickup location and gets a "Taxi" chat template.
- Drivers claim a call with /accepttaxi <id>, which sets a waypoint to the customer - only one driver can claim a given call, and others are told who did.
- The meter can be armed with nobody aboard yet - it only starts billing once a passenger is actually in the vehicle.
- Passengers are charged automatically the moment they get out of the vehicle (cash first, then bank, whatever they can cover); the meter then resets for the next fare.
